Financial stability
We are a debt free business and we don’t use client deposits to “rob Peter to pay Paul”. Our policy is to utilize your deposits on account to directly post to your event operating budget.
Ethical standards
We don’t bid on competitors designs; we are happy to design and price out our own concepts for your event, design, and marketing services.
Environmentally conscious
We utilize public and personal recycling resources during production and at the office. We operate in a “lean and for means” environment by sharing a small communal office space as we are typically out on show site and find large “executive offices” wasteful. We use and often defer to technology and online file sharing programs vs. printing. Drive fuel efficient vehicles and “buy local” when possible. We subscribe and support the Green Meetings and CIC initiatives.
Transparency
We offer 100% transparency in our production and design costs and gladly provide proposals on a cost plus basis.
Production safety and risk management
As event producers we operate with the motto “safety first”. Conduct feasibility and SWOT analysis in early stages of production. Risk management is critical to an effective event strategy. We operate in compliance with all state and federal laws. We also carry a one million dollar general liability insurance policy. We will add clients and venues as additionally insured when requested.

We believe in referrals and testimonies to build our business, our testimonies are from real clients.
